Position: Health and Social Care Tutor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in health and social care.
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students of varying levels.
  • Develop customised lesson plans and materials to meet individual student needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in health and social care education.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, supportive, and empathetic approach to teaching.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
