Head of Physical Education | Northamptonshire

Are you a passionate PE specialist ready to lead a successful department? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Head of PE to drive excellence across physical education and school sport.

The successful candidate will inspire students of all abilities, lead curriculum development, and foster a culture of participation, achievement and wellbeing.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and managing the PE department
Developing a broad and engaging PE curriculum
Raising standards of teaching and learning
Organising extracurricular sport and competitions
Supporting staff development and performance

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds QTS and a relevant degree
Has strong subject knowledge and leadership experience
Can motivate both students and staff
Is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and sporting excellence

Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
