Graduate Teaching Assistant
Have you recently finished university and have not found the job that gives you your next step on the career ladder?

If so, our partner Secondary School in North Cardiff are looking for a graduate like you.
The role would be working with children between the ages 11-16 either in small groups or on 1:1 basis. The pupils struggle with their concentration and behaviour and often lack a role model who can keep them on track.
It would begin after the May half term break on a temporary contract up until the summer but with great potential to continue in September for the next academic year (if you decide not to go on to Teacher training straight away.)

The schools Headteacher has asked that the teaching assistant is ideally degree educated and has a confident can-do attitude. They want someone who isn’t afraid of a challenge and wants to make a real difference to a pupil’s life. No teaching qualification is needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
