Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Role
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic graduates who can support pupils across all key stages, working with learners of varying abilities and needs. You'll play an important role in helping students achieve their potential while gaining first-hand classroom experience.
We're Looking For
- A graduate with a genuine interest in education.
- At least 6 months' experience working with children (this does not have to be in a school setting).
- Confidence in supporting students across different age groups and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
- An interest in supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
Ideal Experience
We welcome applicants with experience in:
- Schools or classroom settings
- Tutoring
- Sports coaching
- Youth work
- Childcare or nursery settings
- Holiday clubs or activity camps
- Mentoring or community-based work with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
