Description:

The cover supervisor role is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and have a passion for education. As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the temporary absence of a teacher, ensuring that students continue to learn and engage in a positive and productive manner. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage behaviour and adapt to different teaching styles.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, ideally with experience working in a school setting. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport with students and staff are essential qualities for this position. A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one is also required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
