We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming secondary school in Yate. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone considering a future career in teaching, education, youth work, or pastoral support.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task. No teaching qualification is required, making this an excellent stepping stone into the education sector.

- Sports coaching
- Classroom or school-based experience

Sports coaching experience is especially valuable, as the role requires strong communication skills, confidence leading groups, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
