Pay: £95–£110 per day

Teaching Personnel are recruiting driven and adaptable graduates to join secondary schools and SEN provisions as Cover Supervisors in Liverpool.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals considering a future in teaching who want to gain practical, paid experience in the classroom before progressing into teacher training.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in the classroom in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students remain focused on their work. You will not be required to plan lessons, but you will be expected to confidently deliver pre-set materials and maintain a positive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading lessons using prepared resources provided by teaching staff
- Maintaining order and ensuring students stay engaged and on task
- Upholding school behaviour policies and expectations
- Offering support and guidance to students where needed
- Providing feedback to teachers on lesson outcomes and student conduct
We Are Looking For:
- Graduates from any academic background
- Individuals interested in developing a career within teaching or education
- Experience working with young people in any capacity (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching, care work)
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Resilient, proactive individuals who can adapt to different classroom environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
