Geography Teacher – Bridport
Full-Time | Start Date: Late February

A respected and progressive secondary school in Bridport is seeking a passionate and motivated Geography Teacher to join their team from late February. This full-time position would suit a teacher who is enthusiastic about their subject and keen to inspire students through engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering lessons that spark curiosity, encourage independent thinking, and help students develop a strong understanding of the world around them.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent qualification)

  • Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-paced lessons

  • Confident subject knowledge in Geography or the wider Humanities curriculum

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students

  • A flexible and student-centred approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
