Teaching Personnel is recruiting Secondary School Geography Teachers to teach Geography at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in a variety of secondary schools. These Geography teacher jobs include both short-term supply teaching and long-term Geography teaching roles, offering flexibility and opportunities for career progression.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Secondary Geography Teacher with a strong classroom demeanour and a commitment to delivering high-quality Geography education. Role Responsibilities – Secondary Geography Teacher:

Teach Geography at KS3 and KS4 in secondary schools

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Geography lessons

Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies

Assess, monitor, and support student progress in Geography
-
Develop students’ understanding of physical, human, and environmental geography
-
Encourage analytical thinking, map skills, and global awareness
Person Specification:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching Geography in secondary education
-
Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills

Passion for Geography teaching, fieldwork, and environmental awareness
-
Commitment to raising attainment and supporting student development
