General Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools (Rugeley / Staffordshire)
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire and surrounding areas
Pay: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)
Secondary School Teaching Assistants – Day-to-Day Supply
Are you looking for flexible work supporting secondary school students in Rugeley and Staffordshire? Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants to provide vital support across local secondary schools.
Your Role:

Support teaching staff in the classroom and facilitate learning for KS3 & KS4 students

Assist students individually or in small groups
-
Encourage engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
-
Support with classroom organisation and learning resources
-
Report any concerns to teaching staff
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience working in schools or education support is essential

Confident supporting students and managing behaviour
-
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
-
Flexibility for day-to-day or longer-term roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
