Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire and surrounding areas
Pay: £100 – £150 per day (dependent on experience)

Cover Supervisors Needed – Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rugeley and Staffordshire on a day-to-day basis. This is a flexible opportunity for those with experience in schools who want to deliver lessons and maintain positive classroom environments without requiring Qualified Teacher Status.

Your Role:

  • Supervise KS3 & KS4 classes using pre-prepared lesson plans

  • Maintain classroom order and manage behaviour effectively

  • Support students with learning, answering questions and providing guidance

  • Report incidents or concerns to appropriate staff

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a secondary school setting is essential

  • Confident with classroom management

  • Passionate about supporting students’ learning

  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
