Are you passionate about helping students succeed in their GCSEs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic GCSE Tutor to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition to students in the Manchester (M2 5PD) area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who need additional academic support, whether they are preparing for GCSE exams, catching up on missed learning, or building their confidence in core subjects. The role offers flexible, part-time hours during weekdays, making it ideal for qualified teachers, experienced tutors, or education professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and personalised one-to-one GCSE tuition sessions.
- Plan lessons that are tailored to each student's individual learning needs and goals.
- Support students in improving their subject knowledge, confidence, and exam technique.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE students.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, Science, or another GCSE subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach to teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
