Experienced Teacher – NP25 (Permanent Role)
Start Date: ASAP or January
Location: NP25 (Monmouth area)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Phase: Primary

We are seeking a confident, experienced Primary Teacher for a full-time permanent position within the NP25 area. This role is ideal for a dynamic and engaging educator who can bring energy, consistency and high-quality teaching to the classroom from day one.

The school is looking for a teacher with proven experience supporting pupils with ALN/SEN, someone who can differentiate effectively, manage behaviour confidently, and create a learning environment where all children feel motivated and included.

About the Role:

  • Full class responsibility within a primary year group (year group dependent on suitability)
  • Planning and delivering fun, engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Supporting pupils with a range of ALN/SEN needs
  • Using proactive behaviour management strategies
  • Working collaboratively with LSAs, the ALNCo and wider staff

We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced and confident Primary Teacher
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Experience with ALN/SEN and adaptive teaching
  • Able to build quick relationships with pupils and staff
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to “get stuck in” immediately
  • Creative educator who can deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
  • Positive, resilient and committed to pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
