Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated, full-time Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Liskeard, Bodmin, Wadebridge and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support pupils on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday), helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Your role may include:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
• Assisting children with additional needs (including SEND)
• Helping to manage behaviour and promote a positive classroom culture
• Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

(Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential—attitude and enthusiasm are key!)
