Experienced Teaching Assistant Required – Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate education professional looking for a temporary position with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can support pupils' learning, promote positive behaviour, and work effectively as part of a school team. The successful candidate will have experience supporting children within a UK school setting and be committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in UK schools
• Strong understanding of classroom support and behaviour management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
• Passion for supporting children's educational development
• Enhanced Child-Only DBS Certificate preferred (if you do not currently hold one, Teaching Personnel can support you with a new application)
