Food Technology Teacher – Full Time

Location: Preston
Start Date: 23rd February 2026
Contract: Until the end of the academic year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging lessons in Food Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Food Technology across KS3 and KS4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities.
