Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Flexible Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wavertree. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across different year groups and classroom settings.

The school is committed to providing a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. As a flexible TA, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality support to both pupils and staff, adapting to the needs of the school on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as needed
• Assist with the delivery of lessons and learning activities
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Be adaptable and confident working across different age groups
• Be patient, approachable, and understanding of individual learning needs
• Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CACHE, online CPD)
