Job Title: Flexible Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location: Coventry & Warwickshire
Job Type: Flexible (Supply / Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities Available)
Salary: Competitive Daily Rates - Paid To Scale

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Key Stage 2 Teacher to work across a range of local primary schools in the Coventry and Warwickshire area. This flexible role is ideal for a passionate educator who enjoys variety, values work-life balance, and thrives in different classroom environments.

Working via Teaching Personnel, you will have access to a wide network of schools, offering you the opportunity to gain experience in diverse settings while maintaining control over your schedule.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt planning to meet the needs of the class
  • Take full responsibility for the class during the school day, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, adapting quickly and efficiently to enforce school-specific processes and policies
  • Support pupils’ learning across core subjects including English, Maths, and Science
  • Differentiate instruction to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
  • Mark work and provide constructive feedback where required
  • Liaise with teaching assistants and other staff to support pupil progress
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately
  • Maintain clear communication with school staff at the start and end of the day

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
