Job Title: Flexible Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Mainstream Schools across Warwickshire & Coventry
Contract Type: Flexible / Supply
Salary: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience and role)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and reliable Primary Supply Teacher to work across a range of mainstream schools throughout Warwickshire and Coventry. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who thrives on variety, can quickly integrate into new environments, and is confident teaching across all primary year groups. The role provides flexibility, allowing personal diary management and a variety of bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with each school’s plans
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies, and expectations
  • Teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school’s policies
  • Respond to bookings at short notice and be ready to travel across Warwickshire and Coventry
  • Provide feedback to school staff on student progress where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in mainstream primary settings across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • High level of flexibility, reliability, and responsiveness
  • Ability to adapt confidently to different school policies and procedures
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Warwickshire and Coventry
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
