Flexible KS1 Teacher | Lovely Primary School | BS11 | From £140 per day

Are you a passionate KS1 Teacher looking for a new role in a lovely local school?

We are working closely with a friendly, welcoming primary school in the BS11 area that is seeking a flexible KS1 Teacher to provide general cover on a part time basis. You can choose the days you work, which is ideal if you are looking to balance teaching with other commitments.

The Role

- Provide high quality teaching to KS1 pupils in a nurturing, inclusive environment
- Deliver engaging lessons that follow planned work and the national curriculum
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and abilities
- Maintain a calm, purposeful classroom with strong behaviour management
- Work closely with the class teacher and support staff to ensure continuity for pupils
- Contribute positively to the warm, community focused ethos of this lovely school

What We Are Looking For

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Recent experience teaching in KS1
- Confident delivering lessons across Year 1 and Year 2
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
