Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer a rewarding opportunity for Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistants in Plymouth. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for individuals passionate about early years education who are looking to make a real difference in local schools while balancing other commitments.
What You’ll Do:

Work alongside teachers and school staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively.

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Adapt strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils.

Support classroom management and contribute to the overall wellbeing of all children.
You Should Have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS or a related field.

Proven experience working with EYFS students in UK settings.
-
A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.

An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
