Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer a rewarding opportunity for Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistants in Plymouth. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for individuals passionate about early years education who are looking to make a real difference in local schools while balancing other commitments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside teachers and school staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

  • Adapt strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils.

  • Support classroom management and contribute to the overall wellbeing of all children.

You Should Have:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS or a related field.

  • Proven experience working with EYFS students in UK settings.

  • A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.

  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
