The Role

As the Early Years Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive.
  • Foster children's social, emotional and academic development through play-based and structured learning.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Assess, monitor and support children's progress, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within EYFS (ECTs are also encouraged to apply).
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Has a genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Works collaboratively as part of a supportive school team.
