Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator

Teaching Personnel is working with a number of fantastic nurseries, pre-schools and primary schools across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners and Early Years Educators to join our team.

From messy play and story time to outdoor adventures and helping children reach those exciting milestones, you'll play a key role in creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting babies and young children with their learning, development and daily routines.
- Delivering engaging activities that encourage curiosity, creativity and confidence.
- Creating a warm, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Supporting children's personal care where required.
- Observing children's progress and celebrating their achievements.
- Following safeguarding procedures to ensure every child remains safe and supported.
We'd love to hear from you if you...
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification (desirable).
- Have experience working within a nursery, pre-school or EYFS setting.
- Are caring, reliable and passionate about supporting young children.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for Early Years education.
Don't have a qualification but have strong nursery experience? We'd still encourage you to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
