EYFS/KS1 Teacher (Supply) – Start After Easter
Near Old Sarum | £120–£140 per day | Via Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-respected and welcoming primary school near Old Sarum, who are seeking an EYFS/KS1 Teacher to join their team after Easter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and committed teacher who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping every child thrive.
About the Role
The school is a busy environment with a range of needs and some behavioural challenges, so this role would suit a teacher who:
- Has strong behaviour management skills
- Can build positive relationships quickly
- Is consistent, calm, and fair in their approach
- Has a genuine desire to be “on the pupils’ side” while maintaining high expectations
- Creates a classroom culture where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Previous experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1
- Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
- A nurturing but firm approach that encourages children to achieve their best
- The ability to adapt and remain positive in a fast-paced school setting

Pay:
£120–£140 per day (depending on experience)
Vetting & Registration

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
