EYFS Teaching Assistant – Windsor Primary Schools

Short-term Supply | Long-term Roles Available

At Teaching Personnel, we’re working closely with a number of fantastic primary schools across Windsor who are looking for caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistants to support their early years settings.

Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day supply work or a longer-term booking where you can really make an impact, we have opportunities to suit you.

The Role:

  • Supporting children within EYFS (Nursery & Reception) settings

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups

  • Assisting with learning through play and early development activities

  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment

  • Opportunities for both short-term supply and longer-term placements

‍ We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working within education or early years settings

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (preferred)
    or

  • Strong nursery experience within EYFS

  • A warm, patient, and proactive approach

  • Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for early years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
