We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 ESOL Tutor to support learners in the Solihull area. This role involves delivering personalised English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tuition either in a pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 ESOL tuition based on individual learner needs.
• Support pupils in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English.
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit varying language levels and learning styles.
• Build confidence and encourage active participation in learning.
• Track progress and provide feedback where required.

Requirements:

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or supporting ESOL learners is preferred.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition and ESOL teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to learner needs.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
