The Role

As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across English Language and Literature, helping students develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. You will play a key role in preparing learners for their GCSE examinations while fostering a genuine enjoyment of the subject. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence young minds and make a lasting impact on students’ educational journeys.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for teaching English
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English curriculum
  • Experience teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and dedication to ongoing professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
