English Teacher (QTS) – Full Time – Somerset

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher with QTS to join the team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start.

Working hours are 8.40am to 3.30pm.

You will be teaching and supporting students with a range of additional needs, including:

• PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)

• SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)

• MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)

• Autism

• Associated visual and other complex needs

This role requires creativity, adaptability and a commitment to delivering engaging, differentiated English lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience supporting students with additional needs

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
