English Teacher – Poole
Full Time | January Start | Permanent Opportunity Available

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Poole who are seeking a passionate, dedicated English Teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

The school is proud of its supportive ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to helping every student achieve their full potential. They are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire a love of language and literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, and who will play an active role in the wider school community.

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to pupils of varying abilities

  • Plan, assess and contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking English department

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Have strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills

  • Be committed to helping students progress both academically and personally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
