Location: Maidstone, Kent
Start Date: September 2025
Full-time, Long-term Position
Pay: MPS/UPS

Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for a new opportunity this September?
Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Maidstone to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated English Teacher to join their dynamic department.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3,4 & 5

  • Plan, assess and track student progress in line with national curriculum expectations

  • Inspire a love of literature and language in a supportive learning environment

  • Contribute to the wider school community and department initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or be an ECT with a passion for English

  • Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
