Full Time | Immediate Start | Permanent Opportunity

Are you a passionate English Teacher looking for your next exciting opportunity on the South Coast?

We are proud to be working with a welcoming and forward-thinking mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth, who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting immediately. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be teaching English at KS3 and KS4, within a supportive department that values creativity, collaboration and high standards of teaching and learning. The school has a strong leadership team, a positive learning environment and a genuine commitment to staff development and wellbeing.

This position is open to:

  • Qualified English Teachers

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – excellent mentoring and support available

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for English and inspiring young minds

  • Be able to deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Hold QTS (or be working towards it)

  • Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to making a positive impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
