Location: Various schools and colleges across Northamptonshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary & Long-term roles available
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and skilled English Teachers to support a range of secondary schools and further education colleges across Northampton and surrounding areas. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced educator, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English in a secondary or post-16 setting
  • A genuine passion for education and a strong subject knowledge
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • An up-to-date DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
