  • Support pupils of varying abilities, fostering confidence in reading, writing, and communication.

  • Build strong relationships with students and encourage a love of English.

  • Gain valuable classroom management and subject-specialist experience.

This role is ideal for:

  • Graduates in English or related disciplines considering a teaching career.

  • Cover Supervisors or TAs seeking subject-specialist opportunities.

  • Tutors with experience in English looking to step into classroom teaching.

  • Confident communicators who are resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.

Why work with Teaching Personnel?

  • Weekly pay via PAYE with competitive rates.

  • Exclusive access to roles in long-standing partner schools.

  • Free CPD Academy training including behaviour management, SEN, safeguarding and literacy-focused support.

  • A dedicated consultant providing ongoing support and career advice.

  • Opportunities for long-term placements, permanent roles, and pathways into teacher training.
