English Primary Tutor – Nottingham (NG5)
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Primary Tutor to support students in the Nottingham (NG5) area. This is a rewarding opportunity to help young learners build strong literacy skills and grow in confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging one-to-one or small group English tuition at primary level
- Support students with reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Encourage confidence, engagement, and progress
- Monitor and report on student development
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching or tutoring English at primary level
- Strong subject knowledge
- Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable)
- Good behaviour management skills
- A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
Working Hours:
- Part-time / flexible
- Weekdays (Monday to Friday)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
