Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an English Teaching Assistant for one of our client schools in Manchester. This position will be a full-time position, starting in October.
For this position, is it essential that you a recent English Graduate, interested in started a career in teaching. You must be willing to apply for a fully enhanced DBS check, as well as provide at least two employment references. Knowledge about all safeguarding procedures is also essential.
The key highlights of this position are:

- The opportunity to make a positive impact on the pupil’s education.
You will be responsible for supporting small groups of children, potentially on a 1:1 basis to support those who are struggling the most. You will assist the teacher in their delivery of lessons, ensuring that there is always a safe learning environment, and that the pupils’ behaviour is well managed. You should develop relationships with the pupils so that you are able to effectively help them in their development. It is important that you can monitor the progress and behaviours of the pupils and give timely feedback to the teachers, students, and parents.
This school is located in Manchester and easily commutable from the surrounding areas such as: Chorlton, Fallowfield, Moss Side, Whalley Range, Old Trafford, Firswood, and Withington. The school is an all-girls school for students between the ages of 11 and 18.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
