Maths and English Tutor – DE4, Matlock

Location: DE4, Matlock
Hours: Part-Time | Weekdays during school hours
Pay: £25–£30 per hour+

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Maths and English Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary learners in Matlock.

The Role

• Deliver engaging 1:1 Maths and English tuition.

• Plan lessons around each learner’s individual needs and abilities.

• Adapt lessons to support learners with SEN.

• Build confidence and develop core skills.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 1 year’s UK teaching or tutoring experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Maths and English
✔ Experience supporting SEN learners
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
✔ Right to work in the UK
