The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring EHCA staff to support pupils with education, health, medical, physical and personal care needs.
Your responsibilities include:
-
Supporting personal care (toileting, hygiene, feeding, dressing)
-
Assisting with mobility (hoisting/lifting if required)
-
Encouraging engagement in classroom activities
-
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing
-
Adapting support to individual pupil needs
-
Communicating effectively with staff & families
-
Reporting concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience in SEN, childcare or child healthcare settings (desirable)
-
Resilient, supportive and caring approach
-
Willingness to provide personal care
-
Strong communication & teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
