What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting Students

  • Delivering 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH needs
  • Leading small group interventions
  • Helping students develop confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills
  • Using positive, trauma-informed behaviour strategies

Making a Real Difference

  • Building strong, trusting relationships
  • Supporting students on both their best and toughest days
  • Being a consistent, calm role model

Working as a Team

  • Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff
  • Supporting personalised education and behaviour plans
  • Tracking and reporting student progress

Who We’re Looking For

Graduates in: Psychology | Education | Criminology | Sociology | Youth Work | Health & Social Care | Sports (or similar)

You’ll bring:

  • A proactive, can-do attitude

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
DBS: Required (we’ll support your application)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
