Are you a final-year teaching student ready to step into the classroom? We are recruiting enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for short-term and long-term roles in mainstream primary schools across Coventry, Rugby, and Warwickshire starting this September.

Daily Responsibilities
Short-Term Roles:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of year groups
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom conduct effectively
- Mark work in line with school expectations and provide feedback where required
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
Long-Term Roles:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school life
- Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking
What we’re looking for:
- Final-year students on track to achieve QTS
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
