We are currently seeking a passionate and committed ECT to join a vibrant primary school in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and develop your teaching practice in a nurturing environment.

About the Role:

• Full-time teaching role, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Supportive senior leadership team and experienced mentors

• Engaged and enthusiastic pupils

• ASAP start

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recently completed (or about to complete) their PGCE or teacher training

• Confident in delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs

• Committed to creating a positive learning environment

• Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn and grow
