Contract: Flexible – Day-to-Day and Short-Term Assignments
Pay Rate: £120 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain experience across a variety of primary schools? We are building a strong bank of ECTs to work in Norris Green and surrounding areas, starting from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching skills, build confidence, and secure long-term opportunities while enjoying flexibility.
About the Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups
- Support pupils’ learning and progress in line with the national curriculum
- Gain valuable experience and build relationships with local schools
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS and is in their early career stage
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
- Has a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply
