Teaching Personnel is working with a 'Good' primary school in Barrow-in-Furness (LA13) and is seeking to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

The school is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Early Years specialist to support pupils within a Reception classroom. The successful candidate will help create a positive and engaging learning environment, support children's development across the EYFS framework, and contribute to high-quality provision that enables all pupils to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be creative in their approach to learning, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young children in education.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Be able to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Have a strong understanding of Early Years learning and development.
• Be confident supporting children across the EYFS curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
