Early Years Teacher – Primary Schools

Swansea & Carmarthen
£172.98 per day | Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to work across friendly primary schools in Swansea and Carmarthen on a full time or part time basis to suit you!

If you love helping children take their very first steps in education, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role

  • Teaching Nursery and Reception classes ️

  • Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Phase

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Assessing pupil progress and supporting individual learning needs

  • Flexible work options: day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience in Early Years / Foundation Phase

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach

  • Welsh language skills desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
