Early Years Teacher – Primary Schools
Swansea & Carmarthen
£172.98 per day | Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to work across friendly primary schools in Swansea and Carmarthen on a full time or part time basis to suit you!

The Role

Teaching Nursery and Reception classes ️

Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Phase

Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Assessing pupil progress and supporting individual learning needs

Flexible work options: day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements ️
✅ What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience in Early Years / Foundation Phase
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
-
Welsh language skills desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
