⭐ EYFS Teacher – Full-Time – Primary School in Blackpool ⭐

Start Date: Monday 13th April 2026 | 12-Month Maternity Cover

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and creative EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming Primary School in the Blackpool area. This is a full-time position starting after the Easter break, covering a year-long maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who loves helping young learners thrive during their key early years of education.


About the Role

  • Position: EYFS Teacher (Reception or Nursery, depending on experience)
  • Contract: Full-time, fixed-term maternity cover
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Start: 13.04.2026
  • Location: Blackpool, Lancashire
  • Agency: Teaching Personnel

You will be responsible for delivering a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive EYFS curriculum, ensuring children develop a strong foundation for their learning journey. The ideal candidate will be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons while fostering an environment where every child feels valued.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A positive, energetic, and child‑centred teaching approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team of staff
  • A commitment to creating inspiring, play‑based learning opportunities
