Role: Early Careers Teachers

Pay: £110-£130

Location: Worthing, West Sussex

Teaching Personnel work closely with Primary schools in Worthing and the surrounding areas of West Sussex who are seeking Fully Qualified Teachers and welcoming ECT's to join teams in the area that have seen a demand in Educators.

This is a great opportunity for Teachers to continue their love of Teaching who are wanting the flexibility around their lifestyle. For Newly Qualified Teachers, this provides the chance to build experience in different year groups and schools. We can work with you to find your ideal long-term role, where you will be paid to scale from the outset.

The role outline:

• Term Time working Monday- Friday 8:30-3:30
• Pay rate ranging from £110-£130 per day.
• Delivering of lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Occasional lesson planning
• Teaching across year groups (based on age group specialism)
• Confidently managing behaviour.
• Building rapport with pupils and staff members.

Candidate requirements:

• QTS documentation
• Child DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can help with this)
• Be a motivated and resilient individual.
• Experienced in at least 1 key stage.
• Knowledge of SEN/SEMH is advantageous.
• Promote brilliant learning outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
