Are you a recently qualified teacher and are looking for your first role to start in the new academic year?

Teaching Personnel are seeking Early Careers Teachers (ECT’s) for our client school based in Littlehampton. We are looking to secure long term teaching positions for newly qualified teachers/early career teachers looking to build their experience in the classroom.

Our client school strives to offer exceptional teaching quality and opportunities for personal development. This is shown through the wide-ranging number of extra-curricular clubs available to students who attend and the consistent above-national-average attainment scores. This school require a classroom practitioner who is equally committed to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering innovative lessons that engage students and promote productivity.
  • Create an inclusive environment for all students.
  • Be knowledgeable in SEND and teaching strategies that target different learning needs.
  • Work alongside support staff to ensure that children’s learning needs are met.
  • Encourage and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
