Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin your teaching career in a rewarding Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting this September?
Whether you have already secured your ECT placement or are still exploring your options, Teaching Personnel can support you in gaining valuable experience within specialist schools across Lancashire ahead of the new academic year.
We work with a range of SEN and SEMH schools supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and complex additional needs. These opportunities provide an excellent platform for ECTs to develop their classroom practice, build confidence, and strengthen their skillset in preparation for a long-term or permanent teaching role.

Pay & Benefits
ECTs working through Teaching Personnel will be paid in line with the equivalent salaried ECT rate, ensuring you are fairly rewarded while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teachers achieving or recently completing QTS
- ECTs seeking experience within SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision settings
- Individuals who are adaptable, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
- Teachers looking for either flexible work or longer-term opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
