Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) finishing your Primary Education degree and looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive, welcoming school?
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of primary schools across Oxford and the surrounding areas who are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to join them from April 2026 or September 2026.
The Role
- Teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (year group matched to your strengths)
- Full-time and long-term opportunities available
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working alongside experienced mentors to support your ECT development
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently completing a Primary Education degree with QTS
- Due to qualify as an ECT in 2026
- Passionate about inspiring young learners
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Open to support, feedback, and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
