Early Career Teacher

Due to increasing class sizes, multiple roles are available, including general class teaching, PPA cover, and HLTA support. Wether you have finished placements and are now seeking immediate roles or are planning for roles after graduation/ September, apply now!

Opportunities Available:

• Classroom teaching

• PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) cover

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant duties

Key Duties:

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in line with the primary curriculum

• Tailor your teaching to accommodate different learning needs and abilities

• Encourage a positive and respectful learning environment

• Uphold excellent standards of behaviour and classroom management

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Recent teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)

• A strong desire to help students thrive and succeed

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• The adaptability to work confidently in different classroom settings
