Early Years / EAL Primary Teacher
Location: Worcester Area
Position: Early Years / EAL Primary Teacher
Contract Type: Full-time (Term-Time)
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a committed Early Years / EAL Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Worcester area. This role is ideal for a motivated teacher who is passionate about helping children, particularly EAL learners, to thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years/Foundation Stage
- Provide targeted support for pupils with English as an Additional Language
- Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Track and assess student development
- Work closely with colleagues and families to support pupil success
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a primary school setting
- Knowledge of Early Years and/or EAL best practices
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
